As a young woman, I began training as a cook. Then I felt what it means to stand at the stove a few hours a day, sometimes in very hectic times, to create fine dishes and ready-made menus.

I realized how important the two hidden parts of my body are for me to be able to do my work at all.

To prevent pain or make it more bearable, I gave my feet extra attention and resources. This strengthened my stability and gave me stamina.

With this experience, I quickly realized how important the "invisible" foundation, my feet, are in life. To this day, I am grateful that I take care of them. As well as my hands, hair and face, in short my whole body.

The foundation, the roots of any tree, must be specifically cared for in advance, as well as the appropriate nutrients to ensure its stability in all weather conditions. When it is ready, it can give us abundant ripe and tasty fruit over the years.

In connection with my basic training in gastronomy, first as a cook, later in the service department, communication, optimism and joie de vivre have developed and sprinkled it. They are character traits that are part of my personality. It has fulfilled me and given me much pleasure during this time to advise and support people in their individual needs.

My suitcase was and is constantly filled with the wealth of experience, knowledge and human diversity.

With these skills I set myself a new professional goal. I remain interested in various health issues to this day. From the mindfulness of my own body, especially my feet, which carry everything in my life, I am fascinated by the energetic foot massage that I learned. To be able to treat your feet comprehensively, I became a diplomat. Chiropodist trained.

Now it is a grateful task for me to be able to take care of your feet with my hands and to be at your disposal with my knowledge. I will be happy to accompany you on your way to yourself.
