1. care for your hands regularly with a rich hand cream. It is best to massage the cuticles with a nail care oil before going to bed. In this way, the natural nail under the model remains elastic and supple and prevents the artificial nail from coming loose or lifting too soon.

2. never push back the cuticle with a sharp or pointed object, only with a horse foot or a rose hip stick. So that the nail bed or the nail plate cannot be injured.

3. if possible, do not use microfiber cleaning cloths. You can massively speed up the removal of the material by avoiding aggressive cleaning agents or contact with chemicals.

4. If filing cannot be avoided, please use only a professional sand blade file (available at any professional nail salon). Never use a metal file, nail clippers, nail scissors or similar, otherwise the nail may break or crack painfully.

5. to maintain a well-groomed appearance, we recommend refilling your nails after 3 to max. 4 weeks, depending on how fast your nails grow. If refilling is delayed too long, the relationship between the nail bed and the artificial nail will no longer be correct and even a slight bump can cause painful nail breakage.

6. in case of a lift, never use a nail glue to reseal the nail. If there is still moisture under the nail, it can lead to nail fungus. Come to us and we will repair your elevators professionally.
