We know the so-called "normal" feet and nails, etc., which simply want to be well cared for. Foot reflexology (according to Dr. med. W. Fitzgerald) The first references to foot reflexology can be found 500 years ago in China and India, and for some time now, numerous types of pressure have been intuitively applied to specific parts of the body in Europe, Asia and America. At the beginning of this century, the American physician Dr. Fitzgerald dealt with the possibilities of treating outside the organ with pressure points and further developed the ancient treatment method.

Feet are the mirror of our body, i.e. they are divided into reflex zones, each of which is connected with all parts of the body and organs. By stimulating these zones, we activate the body's own self-healing powers, release blockages, congestion, etc. and lead the body back to its inner balance through general relaxation.

In particular, foot reflexology has been proven to be effective in a number of specific conditions, such as diseases of the entire musculoskeletal system, spinal and intervertebral disc damage, hormonal and metabolic disorders, functional changes of the respiratory and genitourinary tracts, developmental disorders of the child, etc. This means that today, when properly performed, reflexology on the foot has a recognized place among other forms of manual therapy.
