Our treatments for healthy feet are tailored to the patient's needs. We can provide a partial treatment for a specific problem, or a complete treatment that includes nail trimming and cleaning of the nail surround, as well as treatment of plantar keratoses and/or corns. The instruments used are disinfected and sterilized in accordance with Swissmedic standards.

Podiatric care may be required in cases of:

• corns
• keratosis
• hyperkeratosis
• ingrown toenail
• horn
• partridge eye
• mycosis
• wart

The practice offers two types of orthotics

• Orthoplastics: A protective or spacer silicone can be applied to certain toes when they are repeatedly rubbed or pressed against the shoe. A silicone paste is molded onto the patient's foot. After drying, it is sanded and adapted to the foot's morphology. This is particularly useful for treating corns and partridge eyes.

• Orthonyxis: In the case of an ingrown toenail with an accentuated curvature, a treatment can be established to straighten the nail. The material used may be a titanium wire or a plasticized tab bonded to the nail with resin. Treatment lasts 6 to 8 months and can be used to treat an ingrown toenail, a hypercurvature or a deformed nail.
